Help with Dutch fines and official letters

A fine or letter from the CJIB? See right away what to do — and by when.

Take a photo of your letter. ATLAS explains in plain English what it is, what your choices are and how long you have. After that, ATLAS keeps an eye on that date for you and sends you a reminder in time.

The five questions ATLAS answers

  1. 1. What is this?
  2. 2. Is it urgent?
  3. 3. What must I do?
  4. 4. By when?
  5. 5. How do I make sure I don't forget?

How it works

01

Upload the letter

Take a photo, choose a PDF or paste the text. First the text is taken from your photo. Then we remove your BSN (citizen service number), before we store anything or have your letter explained.

02

See what it means

What kind of letter it is, what you can do (all your choices, without us recommending one) and the date on your letter — each time with the bit of text from your letter where it says so.

03

Never miss the date

ATLAS watches the deadline and reminds you in time. You stay in control: you send and you pay, never ATLAS.
